Tasting Notes:  Very floral, medium body, well-balanced with tones of milk chocolate and subtle berries.

Additional Information:  The 2009 harvest coffee is MadCap’s second consecutive year working with Las Lajas located in central Honduras.  Pedro’s continual hard work and dedication to quality is present in the continual improvements seen in the cup.

In addition to the excellent coffee Pedro grows, he has cultivated orchids and planted avocado trees on his property.  He enjoys the natural beauty of the native flowers of Honduras.
